I just installed Firebug 1.4.5 on Firefox 3.5.5. For some reason, nothing shows up in the menu for Firebug.
I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling, deleting the 4 files, creating a clean profile and trying again, and I'm still having the problem. I can't get to the console screen at all. There is an icon with a small menu in the bottom right corner, but as noted, there are no commands in the Firebug portion of the Tools menu.
