Yes, having the test case would be extremely useful.

Anyway, you can also open Firebug Tracing Console (Firebug -> Open
Firebug Tracing),
check ERRORS (perhaps also NET) option and check if there are any
errors or some
weird stuff. You can also check Firefox's Error Console.
