The pause button is still there but located on main Firebug toolbar
so, it's available also to other panels. The purpose of the button is
"Break On Next", depending on the current selected Firbug panel. I.g.
- Script: break on next JS execution
- Net: break on next XHR
- HTML: break on HTML mutation
- Console: break on next error.
- Cookies: break on next cookie change.
etc.
