Sometime in the last week or two, Firebug stopped giving me the usual great presentation of JavaScript errors when I am inside an Ajax routine. I'm writing in ColdFusion 8 and have been using it for many months with great success, but now the Firebug console shows only the activity before I invoke the Ajax routine. (Presumably this occurred when I upgraded one version or the other.)
Now, when the Ajax routine fails, I receive the standard "Error processing JavaScript in markup for element ..." but no info at all in the Firebug window. I'm not doing anything exotic here and am wondering if there is some new thing I need to activate to get it working again.
