I appear to have the same problem on 3.5.7 with Firebug 1.5. I doubt it's the same issue as mentioned in the first reply. I read somewhere that Firebug has made some changes so it can be more selective about which sessions it operates on. Perhaps it is getting confused and thinks that the window is a session that it is not supposed to monitor.
