I suppose you're talking about the Firebug *Lite* extension for Google Chrome. If so, the answer is no, there's no way to modify the context menu options (right-click menu). You can workaround this problem by using the Inspector shortcut (CTRL+SHIFT+C) to start inspecting. We're planning to add a kind of "html context menu" like the one you see for example in google maps, so if you press right-click it will open the default context menu, but if you press CTRL+right-click it will open a context menu for Firebug Lite options in the page.
