This site is using Flash remoting via the AMF protocol. What you are
seeing in the post sub-tab is a UTF-8 rendering of the binary AMF
request. If you just want to see the binary response as UTF-8 in the
response sub-tab you can add the "application/x-amf" mimeType to the
extensions.firebug.cache.mimeTypes preference using about:config. (You
will have to restart Firefox after setting this preference.)

If you want to see the request/response in a human readable tree
format install the AMF Explorer Firebug extension
(https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/78928) and be sure to
enable AMF response caching via the Tools > AMF Explorer menu. (This
sets the extensions.firebug.cache.mimeTypes preference for you.)
