Sorry, you can uncheck "Activate Same Origin URls" option (Firebug Icon Menu -> Options -> Activate Same Origin URls)
... and activate Firebug only for www.xyz.com/admin URL. Using Firestarter you can see URLs for which Firebug is activated and deactivated (Firebug Status Bar Icon -> Log Activation List) that prints it into the Console panel.
