This could be a problem in the update process, so please make this
simple test. Create a new profile, and install Firebug 1.5.4 on that
fresh profile. That's the only way we can ensure that we're isolating the
problem.

Try the installing 1.5.4 directly in the clean profile, and let us know
if the problem still persists.

This file is an old file which for some reason was not being
properly deleted when updating Firebug. If you don't see this
file, you should not bother with it.
