OK I've never seen that before, but it doesn't let me inspect and change the styles for the menu underneath. For instance, say I want to inspect the styles of Best Buy's menu. I can inspect the element that triggers the hover event and select :hover, but I can't inspect in real time the styles of the menu beneath, for instance, "services." Try and inspect one of the anchors styles in a child menu.
