I'm having problems with this release too, the icon doesn't appear,
the submenu in Tools doesn't show either. 1.6a13 was working fine.
Using it on the latest nightly (Gecko/20100625 Minefield/3.7a6pre, en-
US locale).

Error console only mentions warnings such as this one (no errors) :
Warning: Ignoring unrecognized chrome manifest instruction.
