1) Just click this link within Firefox browser
http://getfirebug.com/releases/netexport/netExport-0.7.xpi

You should notice a message (at the top of the window) asking for
permission to install an extension from the site. Click allow and
continue with an installation dialog.

2) Use Firefox menu File -> Open and open the *.xpi file from your
hard drive.

3) Create a file "[email protected]" within your extensions
directory (in your profile) and put path to the extensions files into
it.

Check extensions.ini file in your profile. It must contain all your
installed extensions.
