"It is unusable", like "play nice", complains without giving ANY
useful information. It is like ringing up a garage and saying "my car
won't play nice" or "my car is unusable".

(I don't know anything about this particular issue: as a long-time
software support bod I get irritated on behalf of other support people
when fault reports contain no useful information).
