Now don't be mean sir. Of course it has a lot to do with firebug.  I just 
noticed it only happens when thrown in a new window. I created a video so you 
can validate from your condescending reply that in fact it does have something 
to do with said extension.  it's rather odd that one sentence can present an 
attitude similar to spitting on the face of someone but I'll say hey it's cool 
since you replied at 1:43 in the morning. Maybe you were drunk and pissed off 
at your chick for telling you to get off of the computer since you're on it 
constantly like I am so. Enough with the jibber jabber. Here's the video..

notice when attempted to scroll it garbles at both top and bottom areas when  
not focused on the current area.  Let me know if I'm an asshole and know 
nothing about anything and just made this up just to be an douche and type to 
someone I thought could bring me into the bug fix community.

Tl:dr. firebug scrolling sucks a nut in new window when in ff 4.0 b1 ..  watch 
video.
