I noticed it on our antiquated CMS at work, which is not publicly viewable, but http://tinymce.moxiecode.com/examples_im/example_04.php appears to follow suit. Strangely, though, http://www.tizag.com/pics/htmlT/frameindex.html doesn't. Ah, I see... it's only happening on pages with an XHTML doctype declaration.
