Firebug Lite does not infringe your privacy. In order to be able to activate Firebug Lite on certain sites, it will use your browser local storage (#1) to store Firebug Lite current state. Also, in order to restore Firebug Lite state when you navigate to another page and/or select another tab in your browser, it needs to read the "Tabs" component of Google Chrome extensions, thus requiring #2. We care a lot about user privacy and security. No user private information is ever stored or transmitted. The warning you see in Google Chrome is a default message you'll see when any extension uses a special Chrome extension "component". You'll see the same message installing several other Chrome extensions. regards, Pedro Simonetti. > > -- > You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups > "Firebug" group. > To post to this group, send email to [email protected]. > To unsubscribe from this group, send email to > [email protected]. > For more options, visit this group at > http://groups.google.com/group/firebug?hl=en. > > -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Firebug" group.
