Sorry for the late response, I have been busy, and I had no Google
Chrome Frame and IE7 installed to test your problem right away.

This is a problem with Google Chrome Frame, which seems to NOT support
bookmarklets. Even a trivial bookmarklet with just a "alert" GCF is
not able to run it, and it shows the same mysterious error message, as
you can see by the following test case:
http://fbug.googlecode.com/svn/lite/branches/firebug1.3/test/issues/3482-google-chrome-frame/bookmarklet.html

So, I suggest contacting the GCF and inform them about this problem.
