What we need is a simple focused test case (could be an online page we can load with Firebug and see the behavior on our machines) + detailed steps describing what to do with the test case. Something like:
1) Load this URL 2) Open Firebug UI, select the Script panel and reload. 3) ... 4) ... and this is the BUG!
