But that's not guaranteed. There might be a CGI script that generates that pretend CSS file on the fly. Or the path might get aliased by your HTTP server configuration to a different file name. Or that somefile.css might exist on your server, but some mechanism may be inserting additional comment in it before it's sent to the client.
