Is that different than creating a new profile using the profile
manager ("C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" -
ProfileManager)? If not, then I have already done that with no luck.

On a side note, I have also noticed that pop-up windows aren't opening
even though I don't have the pop-up blocker enabled. I'm thinking I'm
just going to have to do a clean install of Firefox.
