Hi, my biggest issue with Firebug 1.7* and Firefox 4 (on Linux that is) is that once I've enabled firebug on a certain site and worked with it it eats a lot of memory: - using Firefox 4rc1 a day ends up usually with around 600-700 MB (memory mapped with about:memory) - using firebug once will end up using around 1.2GB quickly And it's not only about memory. My machine is 64bit and has 8GB of RAM so it's not like 1,2GB would kill me but the whole Firefox UI gets quite laggy. Clicking on UI elements can take about one second to react. On a reasonable quad core processor I wouldn't expect that.
