Can you?  Possibly.  Should you?  No.  That's not what it's meant for,
and it's the wrong tool for the job.

Yes.  What I use is Stylish. mentioned previously, with Ad Blocking
Filterset P.  Filterset P is a lengthy CSS stylesheet defining ad
server sites.  It simply doesn't render content sourced from them.
(You'll see a blank space where the ad would be.)

It does here.  It's how I knew about this one.  Double check that the
email address is correct, and make sure notices aren't being trapped
by your spam filter.
