hey thanks for the reply.
tried your suggestion but i couldn't find any property for a
foreground/background color.
i was fiddling in {Control Panel / Display / Appearance / Advanced} but
couldn't get a proper color combo to get rid of the font color.
another guy suggested that he sees the line indicator as bright blue.
since i am using WinXp Zune theme [dresses up Windows with a neat black
color instead of blue], once again i went to a virtual machine with fresh
new WinXp installation,
not even Service Packs added, neither themes, installed Firefox + Firebug
and BAM! same colors, i do notice though, that this color scheme *DOES NOT
APPLY *
when i am *not debugging a js file*.
if you noticed on the images i attached before, i AM debugging some js and
the code is on a breakpoint, impressive uh?
anyway, i'll try fiddling some more and update my results.
just to put this straight, this color scheme has been around (in my case)
for a couple years now. but i'd never worried about it since it didn't
affected my work, but for this project
i'm working on, i use a truckload of ajax + xml and the responses of the
server in XML format are displayed like that on firebug, if i evaluate an
xml document from an ajax response,
firebug jumps into HTML tab with the content of the xml document but *every
line i select* is displayed that way.
Thanks mate, i'll keep you updated.
Cheers
