Thanks for the replies,

What I'm trying to do is freeze the screen upon a mouseover tooltip
popup and inspect the css.  Still unable to do that.
I'm aware of the functionality of the styles mini menu as well as the
inspection button.  But those don't do anything to allow inspection of
a mouseover event.
