I can see the main script in my webpage when tracing code in Firebug until after the first ajax request, at which point the ajax request itself is displayed inside the Script tab. It takes the place of the main script body and from that point forward the main script never comes back into view in the Script tab and I can't continue the trace.
This started happening after one of the updates of Firebug, I don't remember which.
