Doesn't seem to be a shortcut collision since Firebug doesn't have Ctrl
+Shift+T shortcut defined by default.
Do you see any errors in the Firefox -> Error Console when this
happens?

You can also install Firebug tracing console and check ERRORS option,
this console displays additional messages.
