The debugger was attempting to break. In the process of bringing up the user interface for breakpoint debugging an exception was thrown. It bailed out and resumed execution. This particular error means that the Script panel did not find a line at the first viewable line of source. So I guess the source is somehow very unusual or another extension erased the view somehow.
