I tried FireCSS with Firebug 1.8 (beta) and it looks like the overlay
has been properly applied - I can see two new buttons in Firebug main
toolbar (reload from server and save to server).

The only problems I can see at this moment is usage of
"FirebugContext" and "FirebugChrome" globals. These variables don't
exist anymore (Firebug is trying to avoid globals).

FirebugContext -> Firebug.currentContext
FirebugChrome -> Firebug.chrome
