I have tried to load www.google.com with Firebug 1.7.2 + Firefox 4 and I don't see any errors. Did you change any prefs? javascript.options.strict; or javascript.options.strict.debug; to true? Or perhaps Console panel -> mini options menu -> Strict Warnings option?
