I have the following add-ons installed: DownloadThemAll! FireBug 1.8.0 FireShot 0.91 Java Console Java Quick Starter Microsoft .Net Framework Assistant 0.0.0 adobe contribute 5 (disabled due to compatibility) mcafee site advisor (disabled due to compatibility) Rainbow 1.1 Web Developer Yahoo Toolbar (unfortunately, because I installed Yahoo Instant Messenger)
I have since disabled yahoo toolbar, web developer, and rainbow, and re-enabled FireBug, and have not seen the problem since.
