We need to know:
- version of Firebug and Firefox you are running
- What CLEAR button do you have in mind. There is one in the Console
and one in the Net panel and one in the Multiline command line (aka
the command editor).
- detailed description of what to do to reproduce the problem (perhaps
it doesn't work for you only on a specific page?)
I just tested:
1) Firebug 1.8.0 + Firefox 5
2) Launched Firefox, switch to the Console panel enabled it
3) load google.com,
4) executed console.log("hello") in the command line
5) Pressed "Clear" toolbar button in the toolbar
6) works for me, the Console panel has been cleared
