After creating a new profile and reinstalling all addons, it worked.
Then I restored my preferences and they were gone again.
I looked into prefs.js and found this line:
user_pref("extensions.firebug.hiddenPanels", "firefile computed layout
domSide spref-example-html ElementEvents");
I removed it, and now the panels show again. I don't know why those
panels have been hidden.
