There are known collisions with: - Robo Form (not fixed) - FirePHP (update to the latest version)
If you have any of those extensions please try to disable/update them (in case of RoboForm you might need to kill also the OS app) If this doesn't help you might want to create a new Firefox profile http://getfirebug.com/wiki/index.php/FAQ#Installing_in_a_clean_profile If the new profile helps, could you compare old/new to see the difference?
