Hi Torsten,

the CSS display didn't change between 1.7 and 1.8. The URL is still
displayed when hovering the source link.
Probably this is a conflict with another extension. I'd suggest to
disable all extensions except Firebug and check, if it's working then.
If yes, re-enable them one by one to find out, which one is causing
the problem.

Please let us know what you could find out.
