Yes, 302 is expected. I tried it again with another network traffic analyzer 
called Wireshark <http://www.wireshark.org/> and I get the same result:

Note, that http://edu.ca.edu/squelette-ahuntsic redirects to 
http://edu.ca.edu/squelette-ahuntsic?lang=fr. That's why you get the 302.
If I call http://edu.ca.edu/squelette-ahuntsic?lang=fr directly, I also get 
HTTP status 200.
