:hover style is not easy to edit on HTML panel Style... you have to
mouse over an element to trigger it, could Firebug does something
about it?
say,
<div id="hover">this element has a hover effect</div>
<style type="text/css">#hover:hover{background-color:lightgray;}</
style>
