I guess you have the Web Developer Toolbar installed, which assigns its CSS
information display with Ctrl+Shift+C. Please change the shortcut either in
Web Developer or in Firebug.
Please note that Firebug has a lot more
shortcuts<http://getfirebug.com/wiki/index.php/Keyboard_and_Mouse_Shortcuts>
