I don't see your problem being related to Firebug. So if your problem is 
unrelated to Firebug, I'd suggest you ask at Stack 
Overflow<http://stackoverflow.com>or another forum for programming Q & A.

And btw. http://www.knowledgenotebook.com/knbweb.html is not accessible for 
me and http://www.knowledgenotebook.com/knbweb.html shows a frameset page 
with "Click here <http://184.175.78.118:8600/knbweb/> to get started with 
Knowledge NoteBook (Beta)" at the top and an empty page below.
