> but not so > easy for me to find the actual text for different pages Yes, because HTML page are often dynamically generated (e.g. using several combined PHP pages or entirely generated using a templating engine, java, etc.) Note that Firebug doesn't have any idea what technology is used on the server side. I am usually inspecting part of the HTML page (in the browser) using Firebug HTML panel, looking up IDs or some unique strings and then searching the server side files (if I have access to the server side files) for the right place...
