Firebug (the Firefox add-on), the dev tools built into Firefox, Chrome Web 
Inspector and Opera Dragonfly have all good UIs for investigating CSS 
problems.
As I said before, Firebug Lite is unfortunately currently not maintained. 
So if you still experience problems with having Firebug Lite integrated 
into your page, you should consider using one of the other tools.
