To investigate such things you should first have a look inside the Add-ons if they are still installed and enabled. If not simply enable install/enable them again. If they just do not appear in the Firefox UI, check out the different options in the menu under View and also the toolbar customization dialog. If all that doesn't help to bring them back, create a new Firefox profile<http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles> .
