Hi, Since I moved from 1.3.x to 1.4, the initial FB icon at the bottom right side is not displaying initially. In fact, it displays after FB has been activated once, and iconified, either by using startOpened or pressing F12 (works sporadically, depending on the other plugins). I observed this behavior with FF, IE and Chrome (all latest versions). When I revert back to 1.3, then the icon displays correctly. Any idea? Am I missing something with 1.4?
