It's working fine for me using Firefox 15.0.1 + Firebug 1.10.3<https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/firebug/versions/1.10.3>+ CSS Reloader 1.0.5<https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/css-reloader/versions/1.0.5>on Win7.
Please install Firebug in a fresh profile<http://getfirebug.com/wiki/index.php/FAQ#Installing_in_a_clean_profile>and try it again. Do you still see the problem?
