Hmm... Did you follow the links?

There is a value that can be computed called "contrast ratio" that could be 
displayed.  It is a computed value based upon the foreground color and the 
background color.  In the HTML window, when a tag is selected, that will 
determine the foreground and background colors.  The contrast ratio can 
then be computed and displayed.
