I can reproduce the issue and I am seeing the following error (in
FBTrace) when CSS Usage 0.2.9 is installed.

EXCEPTION in Events.dispatch TabWatchListener.showContext: TypeError:
ssm.getCodebasePrincipal is not a function in 
chrome://cssusage/content/CssUsage.js:367

I'll ping the author of the plugin.
