After the update to Firebug 1.10.4 yesterday, in Firefox 15.0.1 on both of my Windows 7 computers, the right-click menu stopped working (it opens, but clicking on things doesn't execute the action). Corresponding key commands (CTRL+ Left Click for example) still function. Spell check was pulling up results and piling them in the menu, but not clearing between words, and clicking words did nothing.
I posted to the Mozilla support forum and was advised to disable Firebug, and that multiple people had the same issue yesterday. Disabling firebug caused the error to stop.
