Hi there I'm experiencing exactly the same issue. I found this thread after Googling the problem. I am working on a Facebook Canvas Page App (ie. code from my domain is loaded within an iFrame on Facebook), and since Firefox updated to v16, Firebug does not recognise my Facebook App code on the 'Net' tab or on the 'Script' tab (and none of the scripts from my domain are listed in the 'Scripts' dropdown list). I can 'inspect' the HTML/CSS though, and can see my CSS in 'CSS' tab.
I've tried your build Jan (clicked link, restarted FF, verified version number is same in Add-ons Manager), but no luck seeing anything in the Net or Script tab. I wonder if this is related to the security issue identified (and patched?) with FF16 just recently. Love Firebug though by the way!!!
