Hi, I watched your screencast and looked at your screenshot you posted a few posts back.
I don't use Windows, but you seem to have an unusual extra button near the minimise/restore/close buttons (it appears and disappears in your screencast) - is it for activating a dual monitor or something? It doesn't look like it's part of normal Windows. Do you think it could be causing the problem?
