Sebastian,
I have tried disabling all other extensions and still the same issue. I
have a colleague who is experiencing the same issues.
We both have the same setup as what you are saying minus the fresh profile,
but all extensions disabled except for firebug. We did your steps just
fine, and I think we have it pinned down to a particular stylesheet.

You can reproduce this by going to http://exploreusa.com,

and the stylesheet:

/CSS/exploreusa.css?v=1
<view-source:http://www.exploreusa.com/CSS/exploreusa.css?v=1>

Same thing here: http://www.funtownrvsanangelo.com/ and the stylesheet:
/CSS/funtownrvsanangelo.css?v=1
<view-source:http://www.funtownrvsanangelo.com/CSS/funtownrvsanangelo.css?v=1>

We are having problems with all of our sites that are using similar
stylesheets.
