Thank you for both of your help. No two copies dont load when I restart when looking at the net panel. I have just searched through the html again and have found a second link, but it was hidden. This is because I am using JQuery to toggle an externally referenced popup window. Is there any way of stopping the inactive code from effecting my current css?
